Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only in cases where the customer requires a different size of the same product, subject to availability.
To be eligible for a size exchange, the item must be:
- Unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged
- Returned with all original tags and packaging intact
- Requested within 7 days of delivery
Once the exchanged product is received and passes our quality inspection, we will dispatch the requested size, subject to stock availability.
Please note:
- Exchanges are allowed only once per order.
- Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
Exchange Request Process

- Reason for Exchange
You may be requested to ship the product to our return address. Once received, the product will undergo a quality check before approval.
Return & Refund Policy
We do not offer returns or refunds on any products once an order has been delivered.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
We request customers to inspect their package upon delivery.
If the package is damaged
If the outer packaging appears torn, tampered with, or damaged, please refuse delivery and contact our customer support team immediately.
If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order
A clear unboxing video showing the package being opened is mandatory for verification.
If you receive a defective product
Please share clear photographs and/or videos highlighting the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as applicable.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Unfortunately, cancellations cannot be accommodated once the order has been processed or shipped.
